Position: Branding & Marketing Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branding & Marketing Manager to lead and
oversee all branding, marketing, and promotional activities. This role will focus on creating strategies
to promote the brand, drive awareness, and execute impactful campaigns. The ideal candidate
should be proficient in market research, competitor analysis, creative strategy development, and
digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing teams to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Branding & Brand Promotion:
o Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies to strengthen brand
identity and increase brand visibility across all channels.
o Ensure consistent messaging and positioning of the brand in all marketing and
promotional materials.
o Use creative strategies to drive brand recognition and differentiate the brand from
competitors.
2. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
o Conduct regular market research to understand market trends, customer
preferences, and emerging opportunities.
o Analyze competitor strategies, strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning to
identify gaps and opportunities for the brand.
o Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on research to enhance
brand positioning and marketing efforts.
3. Marketing Strategy & Execution:
o Lead the creation of integrated marketing campaigns designed to drive brand
awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
o Oversee the implementation of campaigns across various platforms including digital,
print, and events.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies
with overall business objectives.
4. Creativity & Campaign Development:
o Bring creative vision to life by developing innovative concepts for brand campaigns
and promotions.
o Ensure all marketing materials (ads, brochures, digital content, etc.) align with the
brand's creative direction and enhance customer engagement.
o Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to foster a collaborative and
innovative team environment.
5. Digital Marketing:
o Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, SEM, email
marketing, and online advertisements.
o Optimize digital efforts to improve ROI and enhance online brand presence.
o Analyze digital performance metrics to ensure campaigns are delivering as per
expectations.
6. Event Campaigns & Activations:
o Plan and oversee brand events, product launches, and promotional campaigns to
drive engagement and awareness.
o Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event
execution.
o Measure the success of events and activations, providing post-event analysis and
insights.
7. Team Management:
o Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure efficient
execution of marketing and branding initiatives.
o Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging creativity and
innovation.
o Set team goals, manage performance, and ensure timely completion of projects.
8. Documentation & Reporting:
o Maintain thorough documentation of all marketing campaigns, strategies, and
performance metrics.
o Provide regular updates and detailed reports on marketing initiatives, including key
metrics, outcomes, and insights.
o Track and report on the effectiveness of branding efforts and adjust strategies as
necessary.
9. Stakeholder Management:
o Work closely with senior leadership, sales teams, and other departments to align
marketing strategies with business objectives.
o Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support
brand initiatives.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in branding, marketing, and brand promotion, preferably
in the automobile industry.
• Creativity: A strong creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing and
branding strategies.
• Leadership: Proven experience leading and managing teams, with strong interpersonal and
team-building skills.
• Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Strong ability to conduct market research, analyze
trends, and perform competitor analysis to inform strategy.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including SEO,
SEM, social media management, and email marketing.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating
content, reporting, and liaising with stakeholders.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and adjust marketing strategies to optimize
performance.
• Documentation: Experience in maintaining marketing documentation and reporting on key
metrics.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Industry Experience: Background in the automobile industry is highly preferred.
• Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
