Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Senior IT Programme Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex, global enterprise-level transformation projects. The ideal candidate will serve as the strategic lynchpin, leading the end-to-end delivery of a multi-faceted programme encompassing the modernisation and integration of ERP, CRM, and associated reporting platforms.

This role demands a visionary leader who can work across functional silos, manage competing priorities, and bring a future-forward mindset to drive operational excellence through technology.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Leadership & Delivery

· Spearhead the planning, execution, and delivery of global ERP and CRM transformation initiatives while ensuring alignment with the organisation's strategic objectives.
· Manage the integration of key platforms and modern reporting tools to create a cohesive digital
· ecosystem.
· Define programme goals, milestones, and KPIs while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement

· Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders across business units, IT, and external vendors.
· Foster a culture of transparency and accountability by providing regular programme updates to C-suite executives.
· Translate complex technical solutions into business outcomes, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and
adoption.

Risk Management & Governance

· Implement robust programme governance structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
· Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while maintaining focus on delivering value at pace.
· Ensure data security, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience in all technology deployments.

Team Leadership & Development

· Build, inspire, and manage a high-performing, cross-functional programme team comprising internal staff and third-party consultants.
· Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the programme.
· Mentor junior project managers and contribute to broader organisational capability building in project delivery.

Change Management

· Lead comprehensive change management efforts to ensure seamless adoption of new systems and processes.
· Develop training, communication, and support plans to maximise the programme's impact on the organisation.

Preferred Experience

· 10+ years of experience managing large-scale IT transformation programmes, including ERP and CRM implementations.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Strong understanding of systems integration, cloud migrations, and enterprise data management.
· Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across multiple geographies and cultures.
· Solid grasp of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid programme management methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

· Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Prince2 or Agile certifications).
· Experience modernising legacy systems and driving digital innovation in global organisations.
· Expertise in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) ERP implementation is highly desirable.
· Familiarity with analytics and BI tools like Power BI, or equivalent platforms.
