Senior UI/UX Developer Job Summary: We are seeking two talented Senior UI/UX Developers with 8-10 years of hands-on experience in front-end development. The ideal candidates will possess strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS3, and Redux, along with familiarity with Agile methodologies. Knowledge of capital markets is a plus, and candidates must have the ability to work effectively in a global team environment. Software Requirements: Proficiency in front-end technologies: JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS3, Redux Experience with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus. Familiarity with responsive design principles and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind). Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git). Overall Responsibilities: Design and develop intuitive user interfaces that meet functional and aesthetic requirements. Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and back-end developers to create seamless user experiences. Implement and maintain front-end components using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Redux. Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to make iterative improvements to the UI. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of applications. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development. Category-wise Technical Skills: Front-End Technologies: JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS3, Redux UI/UX Design Tools: Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD (optional) Development Methodologies: Agile (Scrum/Kanban) Capital Markets: Basic understanding of capital market concepts is a plus. Experience: 8-10+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development. Proven experience in developing applications using modern JavaScript frameworks. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Day-to-Day Activities: Collaborate with designers and product teams in daily stand-up meetings. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices. Review code from team members and participate in code quality evaluations. Troubleshoot and debug user interface issues to enhance performance and user experience. Participate in design discussions and contribute to user experience strategies. Provide updates and status reports to project stakeholders regularly. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field. Relevant certifications in front-end development or UI/UX design are preferred. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a global team. Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality user experiences.
