Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will focus on creating exceptional user experiences by leveraging their expertise in UX design. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, research methodologies, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. User Experience (UX) Design:
Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitive analysis to understand user needs and behaviors.
Create user personas, journey maps, and experience flows to define and enhance user interactions.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, and stakeholders) to gather requirements and ensure designs align with business goals.
Perform usability testing and iteratively improve designs based on feedback.
Ensure designs are accessible, following standards like WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines).
2. User Interface (UI) Design:
Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance the user experience.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency across products.
Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet quality standards.
3. Collaboration and Communication:
Communicate design ideas and solutions clearly to stakeholders through presentations and documentation.
Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design to bring innovative solutions to the table.

RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 3 years in UX/UI design, with a strong focus on user experience.
Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, or similar.
Research Skills: Strong ability to conduct and analyze user research and usability testing.
Design Skills: Excellent skills in wireframing, prototyping, and creating user flows.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts and decisions effectively.
Knowledge: Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
Accessibility: Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
Collaboration: Proven experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in UX Design or related fields.
Key Traits for Success: 
Strong problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and their impact on business goals

Requirements
Educational Background: BE/BTech/ME/MTech in CS, IT, Mech, Civil or a related field. PMP,/PRINCE2, or equivalent Certification Experience:7+ Years Total Exp, 4+ years of Software Architect experience. Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and serverless computing. Hands-on experience with front-end (React) and back-end (e.g., Node.js, Python) technologies. Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. Expert in database design (SQL and NoSQL). Skills:Excellent analytical, problem-solving and Strong communication skills Proficiency with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD, monitoring, and logging.
