We are currently seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team and contribute to our success.

Job Description :

As a UI/UX Designer at Whitedot Adverts, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional user experiences that drive engagement and conversion for our clients. You will be responsible for designing user interfaces for websites, applications, and digital marketing campaigns.

Your work will bridge the gap between the creative vision and technical implementation, ensuring that every digital touchpoint aligns with our clients' goals and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities :

- User-Centered Design : Conduct user research, create user personas, and develop user journeys to inform design decisions.

- Ensure that all designs prioritize the end-user's needs and preferences.

- UI Design : Design visually appealing and responsive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and deliver a seamless, intuitive, and engaging experience.

- UX Design : Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that guide the development process and facilitate client and team discussions.

- Continuously improve user interactions and experiences.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, content creators, and marketing specialists, to ensure a cohesive and effective digital presence for our clients.

- Testing and Iteration : Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and optimize designs.

- Implement iterative design processes to enhance user experiences over time.

- Stay Current : Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.

- Share your knowledge and insights with the team to keep our agency at the forefront of digital marketing and advertising.

- Client Communication : Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to clients, addressing their feedback and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role in an advertising or digital marketing agency.

- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (i.e., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, InVision).

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web development is a plus.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- A strong portfolio showcasing your previous UI/UX design work
