UI/UX Designer (Enterprise Applications) .

Are you a creative and strategic UI/UX Designer with a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences? We're looking for a skilled and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in transforming complex business needs into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our enterprise applications.

What You'll Do :

As our internal UI/UX Designer, you'll be more than just a designer - you'll be a behavioral scientist in a design environment, deeply understanding both business needs and user psychology.

Working alongside product managers, marketers, strategists, and engineers, you'll take the lead in designing seamless, intuitive interfaces that improve user experience across the board.

Key responsibilities include :

- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and clients.

- Creating experience maps, user scenarios, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI mockups.

- Designing user experiences from low-fidelity sketches to pixel-perfect UI designs.

- Measuring and optimizing recently released product features.

- Staying ahead of UX trends and seeking inspiration from various design fields.

- Rapid prototyping to validate concepts with stakeholders and customers.

- Communicating design principles, directions, and specifications to engineers with precision.

What We're Looking For :

- 5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design, particularly in enterprise applications.

- A strong portfolio demonstrating systematic design thinking and creative problem-solving.

- Proficiency in Sketch & InVision.

- Strong understanding of information design, user psychology, and UX best practices.

- Experience with responsive grid-based layouts and the ability to design for different use cases, including edge and corner cases.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate and sell design ideas effectively.

- A proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Degree in design (preferred).
