Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and implementing process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business requirements and identify solutions to improve processes and operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions
- Develop and maintain business requirements documentation
- Conduct data analysis and create reports to inform business decisions
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through data verification and validation
- Develop and maintain API integrations to support business operations
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions

Key Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong understanding of business operations and processes
- Experience with API integration and data verification
- Proficient in SQL and data analysis
- Experience with business analysis methodologies and tools
- Strong understanding of data governance and data quality
- Ability to work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs

Technical Skills:

- API Integration (e.g. REST, SOAP)
- Data Verification and Validation (e.g. data quality, data governance)
- SQL (e.g. data modeling, data analysis)
- Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Agile project management methodologies
- Experience with business analysis tools (e.g. Business Analyst, Sparx Systems)
- Strong understanding of data architecture and data modeling

Desirable Skills:

- Experience with cloud-based technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure)
- Experience with DevOps and continuous integration
- Strong understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence
- Experience with data science and analytics
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity and data protection
