Business Development Manager (Pre-Sales)
to join our software service-based company. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, supporting proposal development, and managing client relationships. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of success in business development and experience using platforms such as Upwork and LinkedIn.
Job Responsibilities
:
Identify new business opportunities within the IT industry, including potential clients, partners, and market segments.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in client organizations.
Create and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the value of our IT solutions and services.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Stay up to date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and market developments to provide relevant and innovative solutions to clients.
Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand business opportunities.
Provide ongoing support and communication with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
Requirements
:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
