Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager at microfactory.tech. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with global clients, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and implementing sales strategies to drive growth.
Qualifications
Knowledge of engineering services and manufacturing processes is must
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience in business development, sales, or related field
Ability to work independently and remotely
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing business
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
Find leads, reach out via call, email, follow up , and get the quote request
Extensive research on lead / finding new leads for USA - Global and Local Business
Visit industry-related expos and conferences.
Implement CRM, Cold calling, and other sales management tools and train team members
