What you'll do
Being a Food & Beverage Innovation Manager is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It's your chance to stir up real success - which means you'll be:
Champion a data-driven approach to decision-making by analyzing global and regional data to identify the best product, experience, or service options to delight consumers.
Lead market research and intelligence gathering, conducting and validating research to confirm insights and hypotheses, while partnering with brand and marketing teams.
Drive the food and beverage development process with suppliers, conducting monthly workshops and annual trend sessions for both new and existing suppliers.
Engage key stakeholders and franchise partners to propose relevant solutions for selling decks, adaptations, EPD, and key projects.
Oversee campaign selling and specific market projects, ensuring alignment and impactful execution across teams and partners

Who you are
It's your unique ingredients we're interested in:

Experience managing business operations across multiple markets and countries, with a strong understanding of regional and APAC dynamics.
Operational experience in the food and beverage sector, with a particular focus on coffee, food manufacturing, and chef roles.
International and franchise experience, including working closely with global partners to drive business growth.
Food stylist experience, with a passion for creativity and visual presentation in food and beverage offerings.
Desirable qualifications: College HND/University degree in Nutrition, Catering, Business Management, or Food Science, along with HACCP and formal food hygiene qualifications.
