RESPONSIBILITY
● Responsible for the architecture of your product; ensuring it is aligned to the business requirements
● Create architectures & designs for new solutions around existing and new product requirements ● Constantly thinking about improving the underlying technology to improve product performance.
● Plan, track and estimate product development activities.
● Ensure the optimal application of technology and engineering resources to meet product development and/or customer requirements as per the product and/or marketing requirements document.
● Define standards & best practices to support agile development processes.
● Design and implementation of continuous integration and deployment
● Drive adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality, performance in your team

QUALIFICATIONS

● Minimum 5-7 years of total working experience in software development.
● Proficiency in AWS services including RDS, Redis, DynamoDB, S3, and ALB.
● Strong command over databases such as Postgres and DynamoDB.
● Proficient in Python/Java / Golang, Kakfa, Elasticsearch, AWS or Google Cloud
● Familiarity with Kafka for event streaming.
● Solid understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
● Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Docker, GitHub Actions, and Shell scripting.
● Should have handled and be comfortable handling a team size of ~10 for at least 1-1.5years.
● Should be able to run Sprints, planning.
● Should have experience setting up projects (not just maintenance work and additive commits)
● Should know how to debug/troubleshoot applications (frontend and backend)
● Think Secure (Security concepts,

CORS, basics of encryption/encoding etc)
● Should have the ability to understand how projects are set up by self navigating and review existing on going projects
● Should be able to keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments
● Experience in handling/writing documentation
● Has actively written code in the last 2 years.
