Job Summary

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision & Strategy:

  • Define and articulate the overall product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals and market trends.

Solutions Architecture & Technical Leadership:

  • Serve as the lead solutions architect, developing high-level and detailed technical designs that ensure scalability, performance, and security.
  • Oversee system architecture and integration strategies across various platforms (cloud, on-premise, hybrid).

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical specifications.
  • Facilitate effective communication among product management, UI/UX, development, and AI/ML teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.

Project & Quality Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to quality assurance, security compliance, and infrastructure standards.
  • Monitor and enforce best practices in code quality, DevOps, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and testing.
  • Ensure that delivery timelines, milestones, and project scope are consistently met, adjusting priorities as necessary.

Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering:

  • Conduct comprehensive business analysis and requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.
  • Refine and document technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve product architecture and engineering processes.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Security & Compliance:

  • Ensure all solutions meet security best practices and compliance standards, managing risk across cloud infrastructure and data privacy.

Qualifications

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in software development, technical architecture, and product management.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in managing AI/ML development and implementation projects.

Technical Expertise:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience deploying applications in a cloud environment.
  • Strong background in DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
  • Proven expertise in designing secure, scalable, and high-performance systems.

Leadership & Communication:

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and guiding technical projects from conception to delivery.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and translating business needs into technical specifications.

Additional Skills:

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with modern UI/UX principles and the integration of AI/ML components within product architectures.
  • Proven track record in managing projects that balance short-term delivery with long-term strategic vision.
