What you'll be doing?
Working with leadership on strategic planning to define the Go-to-Market Strategy (GTM).
Creating reports on key metrics to determine the company's progress in meeting its goals.
Identifying new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals.
Responsible for optimizing the revenue funnel and understanding the critical roles of customer growth, business development, customer acquisition, retention, and upsell.
Developing strategic partnerships to increase customer retention by identifying customer needs and providing excellent service.
Planning, implementing, and managing proposed recommendations and projects.
Plan and look after all paid advertising campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, and display marketing.
Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and best practices related to the self-sovereign identity market.
Collaborate with other departments within the company to make sure that growth initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.

What are we looking for?
4+ years of experience in management consulting and strategic planning within Tech Products/B2B SaaS products.
Should have worked with a startup on 0-1 journey (seed/pre-series stage).
Should be more of generalist problem solver and agile.
Be ready to work as the sole-owner and individual contributor, should not excuse his own performance for non-availability of the team and shouldn't be rigid in conduct, should be conducive flexible and self-motivated.
Extroverted personality and good in communications.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related stream, graduation from a Tier 1 management institute preferred.
Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.
Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively articulate complex ideas and build stakeholder relationships.
A solid understanding of financial metrics and the ability to analyze financial data to make informed business decisions.
