You'll be responsible for executing multi-channel campaigns , optimizing the marketing funnel, and scaling revenue growth.Responsibilities :Develop & Execute Growth StrategiesOwn the end-to-end growth marketing strategy for acquiring and converting B2B leads in the recruitment industry.Run multi-channel marketing campaigns (Email, Linkedin, etc.).Optimize the Customer JourneyImprove conversion rates at each stage of the client acquisition funnel .Implement automation & personalization in outreach campaigns.Work with product & sales teams to refine messaging and user experience.Data-Driven Growth & ExperimentationUse analytics tools (Instantly, HubSpot, etc.) to track campaign performanceTest and scale growth experiments for demand generation.Identify high-impact growth opportunities through A/B testing and analytics.Must-Have Skills :3-6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation (preferably in B2B, SaaS, or recruitment industry).Hands-on expertise in B2B email marketing, and funnel optimization .Strong understanding of analytics, A/B testing, and marketing automation (HubSpot, Instantly, Clay etc.).A passion for data-driven decision-making & experimentation .Nice to Have Skills :Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startups .Experience in recruitment tech, staffing, or HR SaaS .SEO
