Account Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Manager to join our team at Kapture CX. As an Account Growth Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by expanding existing customer relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful account growth strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and driving business results through data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to expand existing customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities within existing logos.
- Aid renewal closures to ensure customer retention.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and book revenue.
- Maintain a strong business sense to identify new use cases and solutions that benefit both customers and Kapture CX.
