Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to develop and deliver training programs for our sales team focused on API banking infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fintech products, API-based
banking solutions, and sales techniques tailored for B2B and enterprise clients. This role requires excellent communication, training, and leadership skills to enhance the performance of our sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, design, and deliver training programs focused on API banking products, sales techniques, and industry trends.
Conduct onboarding training for new sales hires to familiarize them with the company's API solutions and sales strategies.
Create customized training modules for different sales roles, including inside sales, field sales, and account management.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment of training content with business objectives.
Implement role-playing exercises, case studies, and interactive learning methods to enhance engagement.
Train sales teams on how to effectively communicate the value proposition of API banking solutions to different customer segments.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to incorporate relevant insights into training.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to sales professionals for continuous improvement
Assist in the development of sales playbooks, scripts, and FAQs to support sales efforts.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in sales training, preferably in fintech, banking, or SaaS-based B2B solutions.
Strong knowledge of API banking, open banking, embedded finance, and digital payments.
Proven track record of designing and delivering effective sales training programs.
Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and e-learning platforms.
Ability to analyze sales performance data and adjust training strategies accordingly.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple training programs simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Preferred Skills
Experience working with B2B clients, financial institutions, or technology firms.
Understanding of regulatory compliance in fintech and banking.
Certification in sales training or coaching methodologies is an advantage.
