Qualification: MBA HR
Must have good communication and written skills:
1. Maintaining Approved Manpower of the organisation.
2. Vacancy tracker updation (as per approved strength & Employee requisition form)
3. Maintaining JD's & KRA
4. Recruitment as per schedule through Portals, Agencies, Campus and other means.
5. Fix up interviews with the relevant resource in PULSAR..
6. Updating career section on PULSAR website.
7. Documents follow up with Shortlisted Candidates; Documents verification for issuing LOI.
8. Salary Negotiation as per approval .
9. Updating and Maintaining Personnel Files
10. Joining documents follow up
11. Induction & Orientation training of newly Joined employees
12. Maintaining Induction report made by the new employee on his/her experience.
13. Follow-up of PF Documents, sending scanned PF documents to Accounts for them to do the necessary actions in PF office.
14. Stationery Indent
15. Performance letters of employee
16. Working on CTC Breakup as per law (Compensation and Benefits)
17. Offer Letter
18. Appointment Letter (On roll & Contractual)
19. Increment letters
20. Transfer letter / Resignation Acceptance / Warning / Cessation/Experience/
Relieving letter/ Salary Revision letters/ ESIC letters
21. Appraisal management on time as per schedule.
22. Working on calculations for increments.
23. Checking CTC's and updating new designations
24. Printing Increment letter
25. Maintaining Appraisal Score Card Files
26. Follow-up with the employees for Appraisal acknowledgement copy.
27. Filing acknowledged Appraisal Letters in Employee Files & sending a copy to accounts.
28. Handling post appraisal queries..
29. Coordination with Accounts on Monthly Appointment letters.
30. Sending Resignation Acceptance copy to Accounts.
31. Coordination with the workforce for HR alignment.
32. Daily Birthday mailers, Thought of the Day
33. Organising events for HR activities & improving employee morale.
34. Maintaining & updating Information of All employees i.e. Qualification, Experience, family details etc.
35. Maintaining Touring detail & cost / employee per month.
36. Maintaining Leave data of each employee.
37. Measuring employee performance as per PMS (quarterly) .
38. Driving the implementation of Organization Policies
39. Ensuring attendance records are maintained.
40. Handling Minimum Wages of Employees as per Minimum Wages ACT
41. Conducting Exit interviews, getting Exit interview forms filled & reviewing the cause ratio, for the Management to take pro-active steps to reduce attrition.
42. Documenting Grievance Management & taking proactive steps to reduce the same.
43. Working closely with the IR consultant to pro-actively understand steps to handle IR policies & procedures.
44. Driving the various Incentive policies declared by the Management towards higher productivity.
