Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the organization's goals and values. Collaborate with senior management to identify HR priorities and execute plans that drive business success.
Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent. Implement performance management systems, employee development programs, and succession planning to nurture employee growth and organizational continuity.
Employee Relations and Engagement: Promote a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and implementing initiatives that enhance job satisfaction and engagement.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the organization's HR practices comply with local, state, and federal labor laws. Develop and enforce policies related to workplace safety, discrimination, harassment, and other regulatory requirements.
Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits programs that align with industry standards and support employee well-being.
Organizational Development: Lead initiatives that drive organizational change, improve processes, and enhance overall efficiency. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
15+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and systems.
