We're Hiring a Customer Success Lead at TNV Method

Your Impact:
Own and refine the entire Customer Success pipeline, from onboarding to long-term retention.
Be the strategic partner to our clients—understand their needs, eliminate roadblocks, and ensure they never feel stuck.
Conduct high-value customer success and retention calls, ensuring clients stay committed, engaged, and thriving.
Use behavioral psychology & deep relationship-building to drive renewals and customer loyalty.
Work directly with TNV leadership to implement strategies that enhance client experience, optimize retention, and boost revenue.
Maintain our CRM, ensure seamless handoffs between teams, and bring data-driven insights to the table.
