Function/Objective:

The jobholder shall ensure that
the IT system is running smoothly and all technical aspects of the infrastructure are running optimally.

he is responsible for installing, configuring and updating software and hardware to improve system performance.

Compliance with legal regulations and industry-specific standards related to IT is ensured.

Main tasks:
Install, configure and maintain workstations and network devices.
Monitor system performance and identify bottlenecks or malfunctions.
Performing software upgrades and security patches.
Managing user accounts and access rights.
Assist the proMX IT Team in the integration of new technologies and systems.
Creating and maintaining technical documentation and instructions.
Troubleshooting and performing failure analysis.
Implementing backup strategies.
Performing security audits and reviews.
Participating in IT projects and collaborating with other departments.

3. knowledge, experience and skills
Professional Competence:
Completed vocational training specializing in IT or equivalent professional experience
Work experience as a system administrator or support stuff
Good handling of MS Office programs (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in administration of Windows clients, network devices and WiFi.
Experience in configuration and administration of Entra ID, MS Intune and MS Defender for Business
Understanding of network protocols, network architecture, routing, firewalls and VPNs.
Ability to diagnose technical issues and develop effective solutions.
Knowledge of implementing backup and recovery scenarios.
Good English language and writing skills
