System Administrator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the IT system, maintaining optimal technical infrastructure, and protecting confidential information and data from unauthorized access.

This role requires providing support and assistance to employees with IT-related questions and problems, ensuring efficient workflow.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and updating software and hardware to improve system performance, performing regular backups and restores to prevent data loss, and identifying technical challenges and developing solutions to optimize the IT infrastructure.

Security policies and procedures will be implemented to maintain system integrity and defend against threats. Compliance with legal regulations and industry-specific standards related to IT will also be ensured.

Main Tasks:
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations and network devices.
  • Monitor system performance and identify bottlenecks or malfunctions.
  • Perform software upgrades and security patches.
  • Manage user accounts and access rights.
  • Assist the proMX IT Team in the integration of new technologies and systems.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and instructions.
  • Troubleshoot and perform failure analysis.
  • Implement backup strategies.
  • Perform security audits and reviews.
  • Participate in IT projects and collaborate with other departments.
Requirements:
  • Completed vocational training specializing in IT or equivalent professional experience.
  • Work experience as a system administrator or support staff.
  • Good handling of MS Office programs (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in administration of Windows clients, network devices, and WiFi.
  • Experience in configuration and administration of Entra ID, MS Intune, and MS Defender for Business.
  • Understanding of network protocols, network architecture, routing, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Ability to diagnose technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of implementing backup and recovery scenarios.
  • Good English language and writing skills.
