About Manastu Space:
We are a Space Safety and Logistics Company, using technology to save the Trillion $ Space industry from Debris Pollution in Space. We believe that the problems of Earth can be solved using Space. However, the rapid increase in the number of satellites is also increasing the risk of satellite collision, leading to Debris pollution- making space a dangerous place for other satellites as well as astronauts. To prevent this, we are developing an Agile, Safe, Efficient and Affordable Green Propulsion System with a new fuel, engine and catalyst for the engine to avoid satellite collision in space and prevent Debris Pollution, which can hence be a potential green alternative to the current monopropellant propulsion technology.
Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator with
3-5 years of experience
to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including our internal network and Microsoft 365 suite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day IT administration, user management, endpoint security, and collaboration with third-party vendors. The role also involves a basic understanding of cloud services and storage solutions.
Preferable Skills: Information Technology and IT Security knowledge Error Resolution and Ability to communicate technical issues with non-technical crowd problem-solving and communication skills
Key Responsibilities: Active Directory Management: Administer and maintain the AD server, including user account management, group policies, and directory services. Implement security best practices, including regular monitoring and access control.
Network & Security: Manage and configure FortiGate firewalls and Cisco switches, ensuring secure and efficient network performance. Monitor and maintain the leased line, ensuring reliable connectivity. Oversee endpoint security using FortiClient, including updates, troubleshooting, and incident response.
Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and licenses within the Microsoft 365 suite. Provide support for Office 365 applications, including email, Teams, and SharePoint.
IT Support & Maintenance: Perform day-to-day IT administration, including system monitoring, backup management, and troubleshooting. Spearhead preventive and routine maintenance on network and security infrastructure on a regular basis and in response to out-of-cycle vulnerabilities. This includes regular patching, hot-fixes as well as system upgrades. Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues. Maintain an inventory of IT assets, ensuring up-to-date records and proper maintenance schedules.
Vendor & Third-Party Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors for IT solutions, maintenance contracts, and hardware/software procurement. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and services to improve IT infrastructure and security.
Cloud Services & Storage: Assist in managing cloud services and storage solutions, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Support the implementation and administration of cloud-based services as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role. Strong knowledge of Active Directory, network management, and security protocols. Experience with firewalls, switches, and EPP. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, including user management and support. Basic understanding of cloud services and storage solutions. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors and end-users. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
