Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and data-driven
Retention Marketing Executive
to join our team. In this role, you will manage and optimize retention marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, WhatsApp, and SMS, to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. You will also leverage customer engagement platforms, and use data analytics and Excel to drive actionable insights that improve retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Retention Campaign Management:
Design, execute, and manage multi-channel retention campaigns (email, WhatsApp, SMS) aimed at increasing customer engagement and reducing churn.
Personalize communication strategies based on customer behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stages.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize to ensure maximum effectiveness.
Customer Engagement Platforms:
Utilize customer engagement platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Intercom, etc.) to create, automate, and track retention campaigns.
Segment customer databases effectively to target the right audience with the right message at the right time.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer retention metrics.
Create insightful reports and dashboards, identifying trends, successes, and opportunities for optimization.
Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve future campaigns.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align retention strategies with broader company goals.
Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling, targeted messaging that resonates with customers.
Excel Proficiency:
Leverage advanced Excel skills to manage campaign data, analyze customer segments, and create detailed reports.
Use Excel to generate actionable insights that can improve targeting, engagement, and customer lifetime value.
