Business Product Analyst

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience as a Business Product Analyst or Product Owner in Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of SAFe principles and practices.
  • Ability to balance technical and business considerations in decision-making.
  • Experience in Leading large teams.
  • Experience in Jira / Confluence tools. Able to perform and Scrum Testing.
  • Product Roadmaps, User Stories, Deliverables, Technical translation from Business, Sequencing and Solutioning
  • Growing to be a manager & should be under less supervision.
  • Java based / distributed applications background is preferred.
  • Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or equivalent certification is preferred.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Define and clearly articulate requirements (user stories) and acceptance criteria (use cases).
  • Assists in managing requirements and prioritization within the product backlog through business value ROI, alignment with product strategy, and resource capacity.
  • Build and leverage solid working relationships with business and product stakeholders.
  • Assist in the integration of programs across channels with internal partners and manages program effectiveness against target metrics.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to surface essential requirements information.
  • Own the product vision and product backlog. Manage requirements and prioritization within the product backlog through business value Roi, alignment with product strategy, and resource capacity.
  • Coach, mentor, and support other product analysts. Communicate effectively, manage conflict among team members, and remove impediments.

  • Agility / VersionOne, SAFe Agile, Business Agiilty,Technical / Product background

Good To have Skills:

  • Business Knowledge, Strong communication & collaborative skills

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.

Four(4) years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment.

A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
