**Job Title: Product BusinessAnalyst**
**Job Description:**
**Position Overview:**
We are seeking askilled and experienced Product Business Analyst with a minimum of5 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. The idealcandidate will have a deep understanding of business processesproduct development lifecycle and possess strong analyticalcapabilities to drive product enhancements and improvements. TheProduct Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging thegap between business objectives and technical implementationensuring that our products meet the needs of both our customers andstakeholders.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **RequirementGathering and Analysis:**
Collaborate with stakeholdersincluding product managers developers and clients to gather andanalyze business requirements.
Translate business needsinto detailed functional requirements user stories and acceptancecriteria.
2. **Product RoadmapDevelopment:**
Assist in the development of productroadmaps and strategic plans aligning them with business objectivesand market demands.
Identify opportunities for productenhancements and improvements based on market trends competitiveanalysis and customer feedback.
3.**Documentation and Communication:**
Preparecomprehensive documentation including business requirementsdocuments use cases and process flows.
Communicateeffectively with crossfunctional teams to ensure a sharedunderstanding of project goals requirements andtimelines.
4. **Data Analysis andInsights:**
Conduct data analysis to identify patternstrends and insights that drive product decisions andoptimizations.
Utilize datadriven approaches to monitorproduct performance and KPIs making recommendations forimprovements as needed.
5. **User AcceptanceTesting (UAT):**
Coordinate and participate in useracceptance testing to validate product functionality and ensurealignment with business requirements.
Work closely withQA teams to resolve any issues or defects identified during testingphases.
6. **ContinuousImprovement:**
Actively participate in retrospectivesand postimplementation reviews to identify lessons learned andareas for process improvement.
Proactively seek feedbackfrom stakeholders to iterate on product features and functionalitydriving continuous improvement.
**Qualifications:**
Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Computer Science or relatedfield.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a BusinessAnalyst preferably in a productfocused environment.
Proven track record of gathering and documenting businessrequirements user stories and acceptance criteria.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret datagenerate insights and make datadriven recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the abilityto effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban andfamiliarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt tochanging priorities and requirements.
