Technical Manager

The ideal candidate will lead large cross-functional teams, ensure successful project deliveries, contribute to pre-sales, drive technical innovation, and support capability building.
Key Responsibilities: Project Delivery & Leadership Own end-to-end delivery of complex BFSI technology projects Provide technical direction across Web, Cloud, and Data Engineering Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet project goals Team Management Lead and mentor 60–70 members including leads and architects Drive performance, skill development, and succession planning Pre-sales & Solutioning Support RFP/RFI responses and create technical proposals Participate in client presentations and solution pitches Innovation & Capability Building Identify trends and lead Po Cs and accelerators Plan skill-building initiatives and align talent with future needs Required Skills: 15+ years in technology, with 4–5 years in leadership roles BFSI domain expertise (Banking/Fintech) Strong background in Web Tech (Python/.
