Job Title: Technical Manager – (BFSI Domain Specific)Location: Pune (Preferred) or IndoreExperience: 15+ YearsTeam Size Managed: 60–70Technology Focus: Web Development, Cloud, Data EngineeringJob Overview:We are looking for a hands-on Technical Manager with strong experience in the Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) domain. The ideal candidate will lead large cross-functional teams, ensure successful project deliveries, contribute to pre-sales, drive technical innovation, and support capability building.Key Responsibilities:Project Delivery & LeadershipOwn end-to-end delivery of complex BFSI technology projectsProvide technical direction across Web, Cloud, and Data EngineeringCollaborate with clients and internal teams to meet project goalsTeam ManagementLead and mentor 60–70 members including leads and architectsDrive performance, skill development, and succession planningPre-sales & SolutioningSupport RFP/RFI responses and create technical proposalsParticipate in client presentations and solution pitchesInnovation & Capability BuildingIdentify trends and lead PoCs and acceleratorsPlan skill-building initiatives and align talent with future needsRequired Skills:15+ years in technology, with 4–5 years in leadership rolesBFSI domain expertise (Banking/Fintech)Strong background in Web Tech (Python/.NET/Node.js), Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Data EngineeringExperience with Agile, DevOps, and modern delivery toolsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsFlexible and proactive during critical delivery phasesPreferred:BFSI experience across US/EU/APAC marketsFamiliarity with security, compliance, and BFSI application standardsKnowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, CI/CDInterested candidates share resume along with below details on IT Experience -Total experience as an Technical Manager :Total Experience in BFSI Industry :Should have Team Management Experience (60- 70 members including leads and architects)-Which technology you are primary into mention that -Current CTC :Expected CTC :Notice period OR Last Working Day (Mandatory to share) :Current Location :Preferred Location :Have you appeared for any interviews with InfoBeans before?
