Job Description: We are looking for ambitious, dynamic, and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executives to join our high-energy team in Indore.

Key Responsibilities: Engage with home buyers and property investors to build long-term trust.

Conduct both physical and virtual site visits, matching clients with the right properties.

Negotiate deals with urgency, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.

Use CRM and digital tools to manage your pipeline and client communication.

Participate in team training, coaching, and performance reviews regularly.

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications: Must be based in Indore and have good knowledge of the city.

Proven experience in sales (real estate preferred but not mandatory).

Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.

Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.

Open to coaching, self-improvement, and growth.(Preferred) Athletic or performance-driven background—someone who understands discipline, strategy, and competitiveness.
