Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and presentable individuals to be stationed at our project site receptions. As the first point of contact for visitors and potential customers, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming brand impression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in visitors at the reception area.
- Provide basic project information and direct queries to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
- Ensure the reception area is presentable and aligned with brand standards.
Candidate Profile:
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, confident, and approachable.
- Comfortable working at project site locations (Selene/Madhuban).
Note: Training will be provided to ensure a clear understanding of the project and brand guidelines.
Experience Required:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing roles (sales, hospitality, front desk, etc.) preferred, but freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; regional language is a plus.
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed and brand-representative appearance.
- Comfortable working at project locations and on weekends, if required
