Dear Candidates, We are currently hiring Tally and Zoho Sales Consultants for a reputed UAE-based organization that specializes in software solution sales.

Work Location: Remote – Chennai (initial)Onsite Opportunity: Based on performance, candidates will be offered an onsite role in the UAESalary: AED 4-5,000 Company Highlights & Specializations: ERP & Accounting Software CRM Solutions – Lead Integration, Sales Force Tracking, Whats App Business Integration HR & Payroll Solutions Healthcare Solutions – Hospitals & Clinics Retail Solutions – Restaurants, Salons, Apparels, Grocery, and more1) Tally Sales Consultant – Pre-Sales, Implementation, & Training Background Key Responsibilities:1.

Identify and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and inbound inquiries2.

Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs – Tally Accounting, Inventory, Tally Payroll, Application of Cost Centers& Job cost analysis,3.

Expert in handling Additional cost of Import, cost of goods sold, costing methods, project accounting, budgeting, edit log/audit features, composite/alternate/etc.

units of measure, user access restriction - in detail.4.

Understand customer requirements to suggest right configuration & customizations5.

Document Scope (users, modules & customizations) for customization team & for committing to customer6.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations7.

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets8.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales progress using internal CRM9.

Coordinate with the implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients10.

Keep up-to-date with Tally product updates and new features11.

Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer insights Requirements:1.

Proven experience in Accounting Software sales (preferably Tally ecosystem)2.

Strong knowledge of Tally Prime Tally ERP9, and familiarity with Tally TDL is a plus3.

Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)4.

Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships5.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly organized6.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field Preferred Qualifications:
•Tally Green Belt certification & 2-4 years of hands-on experience in solution selling with Tally (all modules)
•Experience in B2 B sales or working with SMEs and startups
•Familiarity with lead generation tools, email marketing, or CRM analytics2) Zoho Sales Consultant – Pre-Sales, Implementation, & Training Background Key Responsibilities: 1.
