Key Responsibilities Business & Financial Operations Drive end-to-end business operations for the IT/cybersecurity vertical including lead-to-cash, order-to-fulfilment, and revenue realization cycles.

Manage P&L ownership, working to improve gross margins, EBITDA, and resource utilization.

Implement cost optimization, revenue assurance, and pipeline quality initiatives.

Own financial forecasting, budgeting, and month-over-month performance tracking.

Collaborate with finance, delivery, and sales to align business targets and execution.

Sales Enablement & Deal Desk Lead the PMO and Deal Desk function, supporting RFP response, SME alignment, and resource deployment across geographies.

Perform deal analysis, pricing strategy review, and ensure compliance with business policies.

Interface with consulting partners on transformation, cost-saving, and organizational initiatives.

Team Leadership & Strategic Initiatives Lead and mentor high-performing operations and support teams across global locations.

Promote cross-skilling and business continuity practices within operational teams.

Partner with marketing, analyst relations, and leadership teams to support strategic visibility.

Lead business reviews, dashboards, and stakeholder communication for internal and external alignment.

Qualifications Graduate in Commerce or Business; Post-Graduate Diploma in Operations or Business Administration.15+ years of proven experience in business operations, sales operations, and service delivery, preferably in cybersecurity, IT services, or managed services.

Strong understanding of P&L management, pipeline analytics, resource planning, and contractual governance.

Experience working with large enterprises, public sector clients, and global delivery teams.

Hands-on exposure to automation, data-driven dashboards, and cross-functional leadership.

Preferred Skills & Attributes Expertise in operational excellence tools like Six Sigma Green Belt or Kaizen.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and deliver measurable impact.

Experience in tools like Share Point, Excel, and BI dashboards.

Knowledge of financial services, cybersecurity solutions, or managed service operations is a strong plus.
