Marketing Head

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep experience in building iconic brands, driving customer acquisition, and leading large, cross-functional marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive brand awareness, revenue growth, and customer loyalty.
Lead digital, brand, content, influencer, PR, and performance marketing efforts.
Oversee market research and consumer insights to inform product positioning and promotional strategies.
Collaborate with product, operations, and sales teams to create integrated marketing campaigns.
Drive innovation in customer acquisition across digital and offline channels.
Optimize marketing budgets and ensure ROI on all marketing initiatives.
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team.
Represent the brand at industry events and in media, strengthening brand reputation.
Requirements: Proven experience (10+ years) in senior marketing leadership roles, preferably in the F&B, QSR, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand building, and consumer behavior.
Demonstrated success in scaling marketing functions and leading large teams.
Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
MBA in Marketing or related field preferred.
