Purpose of the job: A challenging opportunity for an open minded and enthusiastic candidate with great Functional Application Management skills to support in the strategic change and further enhance and support core applications to the Business As a key member of the IM Services Functional Application support team, working together with the rest of the team on driving business continuity, IT professionalism and user / business satisfaction.
Functional area: SAP Success Factors HR processes including Recruiting Onboarding 2.0 Performance and Goals Compensation Succession and Development Learning Workforce Analytics and Reporting Time and Attendance Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) Integrations with downstream systems, as T& A, Payroll, I& A, Concur Release strategy Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) Hands-on experience with Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) About The Job (Job Responsibilities): Application, change (and Project) Support responsibilities.
Incident Management: Keeping systems up and running, by applying a controlled process of registering, monitoring and resolving of application related tickets.
Monitoring overall performance of application, responsible for integrity of production environment.
Maintaining the applications according to the SLA and in line with the regional business needs of involved Business Unit(s) and organization.
Periodic standby for emergencies (24x7 availability schedule).
Operationalize priority setting as agreed with the business.
Functioning as a 1st escalation point for the 3rd party vendors and the user community on Application Maintenance related services.
Signals deviations on policy, standard package matters & after approval, contributes to changes.
Ensuring IM process compliance for area of responsibility.
Takes care of proper and updated documentation of the application (technical - process – and end-user documentation).
Experience in developing inbound and outbound interfaces to/from the cloud to On-Premises and Cloud instances of SAP Products.
Experience in configuration and extension of standard i Flows.
Expertise in handling various integration adapters in SAP CPI (SFSF, ODATA, SFTP, IDOC, SOAP, Process Direct, REST Adapters) to exchange messages between sender and receiver.
Knowledge on developing value mapping and Groovy and using it in i Flow.
Experience in handling different data conversions like JSON to XML, CSV to XML, etc.
We believe you bring (Education & Experience) A minimum 7years of working experience of which 5years configuration relevant application with good integration knowledge to other associated applications.
Master of Bachelor level of education.
Experience in implementing CIG, Buying and Invoicing process, Spend analytics and Sourcing, Network.
Should have experience as an integration consultant especially in SAP Ariba and SAP projects.
Should have experience in various integration touch points in an Ariba deployment – Purchase order, Goods/Service receipt, invoice and master data.
These could have been built using Business Add-On or CIG.
Should be worked in troubleshooting data issues within the Ariba solution.
Should have good understanding of Ariba features and functionalities.
