Headquartered in San Francisco with offices in Lisbon, Tokyo, Jakarta, Singapore, Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi, and São Paulo, ELSA leads innovation in AI-driven language learning.With 60+ million users in 190+ countries and over 1 billion hours of anonymized English audio data, our platform delivers unmatched hyper-personalized learning paths tailored to each user's goals and context.We are backed by leading investors including Gradient Ventures (Google's AI Fund), Monk's Hill Ventures, and Global Ventures.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, execution, and analysis of pricing and packaging experiments across product and marketing touch-points.Determine optimal price points for new and existing SKUs using structured experimentation and data-driven insights.Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Design to define and execute the pricing roadmap.Conduct deep market, user behavior, and competitive research to inform pricing strategies.Optimize the subscription funnel by identifying and implementing data-backed improvements.Translate research and experimentation results into actionable monetization opportunities.Monitor performance metrics and continuously refine pricing models for maximum revenue impact.What You Will Have3–5 years of experience in pricing, growth, strategy, or analytics roles, ideally in high-growth startups, consumer tech, or top-tier consulting/analytics firms.Tier 1 academic background, ideally with a degree in engineering, mathematics, economics, or business.Strong understanding of pricing methodologies (e.g., value-based, discounting, skimming) and packaging strategies.Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate testing).Bonus: Familiarity with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Looker, or similar platforms.Proven ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.What We OfferFlexible work setup: Remote-first for India and Singapore; hybrid model for Vietnam.Comprehensive employee well-being benefits.Free ELSA Premium courses to polish your language skillsCollaborative, international team culture.Opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, well-funded Silicon Valley startup with global impact.
