Job Summary:An Accounts Payable Manager oversees the accounts payable department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, payments, and expense reports.They manage AP staff, enforce financial controls, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Responsibilities:Supervise daily AP operations, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.Manage, train, and support accounts payable staff.Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and accounting standards.Develop and implement AP processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.Monitor vendor accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong supplier relationships.Assist with audits, month-end, and year-end closing activities.Generate AP reports and support financial planning and analysis.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Proven experience in accounts payable or accounting, with leadership experience preferred.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP best practices.Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, etc.) and MS Excel.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
