About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of civil infrastructure projects along with coordination and supervision of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works.

This role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in delivering high-value construction and infrastructure projects within stipulated timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects from inception to handover.

Oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring compliance with design, quality, safety, and timelines.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Manage and integrate MEP work (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) into the overall project schedule.

Monitor and control project costs and budgets; ensure resource optimization.

Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure project adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including progress reports, BOQs, and timelines.

Ensure effective risk management and timely resolution of site issues or project delays.

Lead project team members, assign tasks, and ensure accountability and performance.

Review and approve construction drawings, technical submittals, and materials.

Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of civil construction methodologies and project lifecycle.

Hands-on experience in executing infrastructure projects such as roads, drainage, utilities, etc.

In-depth understanding of MEP systems and coordination processes.

Excellent project planning and management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Auto CAD, etc.).

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.
