We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil (Execution) to lead and manage the end-to-end civil execution of infrastructure and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in executing large-scale civil projects, managing site teams, coordinating with consultants, vendors, and stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery with quality and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day site execution and monitor civil construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Review drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure proper execution on-site.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for smooth execution.
  • Supervise and manage site engineers, supervisors, and labor force.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards at the site.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare MIS reports, and report deviations.
  • Control project costs through effective resource planning and cost control measures.
  • Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials and equipment.
  • Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Liaise with clients and senior management for project updates and approvals.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred)
  • Experience: 8–15 years of experience in civil execution, including at least 3+ years in a managerial position
  • Proven track record in executing infrastructure, industrial, or commercial construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of project execution tools, project scheduling, and resource planning.
  • Familiar with construction safety practices and quality standards.
  • Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other relevant project management tools.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
