The role involves overseeing MEPservices in new hotel developments and supporting operational teams with retrofits, audits, andsustainability initiatives.
Job Responsibilities Review, design, and oversee execution of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire systems for hotel projects.
Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure adherence to ITC's design, quality, and sustainability standards.
Support MEP audits and retrofits in existing properties to drive energy efficiency and operational excellence.
Ensure proper integration of automation systems (BMS, EMS) with hotel operations.
Evaluate MEP drawings, load calculations, and services layouts; provide value-engineering recommendations.
Participate in commissioning activities, performance validation, and handover documentation.
Monitor lifecycle performance of installed systems and recommend upgrades in coordination with operations.
Stay abreast of latest energy-efficient technologies, green building standards, and smart hotel systems.
Education and Experience B.
E./B.
Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in MEP project execution, preferably in hospitality or luxury real estate.
Familiarity with NABERS, IGBC/LEED certifications, and energy management principles is a plus.
Hands-on experience with BMS, HVAC, STP/WTP, and fire safety systems.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to interface with operations, vendors, and consultants.
Proficient in design tools, load analysis software, and MS Project.
