Job Description :- Planning, Monitor & Reporting of various Project Management related activities.- Customize Project planning approach as per the Characteristics of the project- Must have experience both in terms of Leadership & Management- Strategies project objectives, System Architecture & related resource planning- Goal Setting & Mentor the team accordingly- Adherence to best Project Management Practices in Agile environment- Good exposure to Continuous Development & Integration methodology.- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders.- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.- Conduct post-implementation reviews and incorporate feedback into future projects.- Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and workload.- Ensure effective communication among developers, testers, designers, and other team members.- Address team conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment.- Foster a collaborative and productive team culture.- Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and project specifications.- Compile project reports, lessons learned, and technical documentation.- Transfer completed projects to the client or operational team.- Oversee the initial support period after project delivery.Skills and Competencies :- Strong technical understanding of IT systems, software, and infrastructure.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
