Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Estimator to support U.S.-based residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be skilled in reading civil/site plans, performing quantity takeoffs, and preparing accurate cost estimates using tools such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or OST.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze civil/site drawings and specifications for residential and commercial projects.
- Perform accurate quantity takeoffs for site development, grading, utilities, paving, and drainage.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates using estimation software (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, OST).
- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to gather pricing and scope clarifications.
- Prepare bid proposals and assist with value engineering when required.
- Maintain cost databases and historical records.

Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience in civil estimating for U.S. residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in PlanSwift, Bluebeam Revu, or On-Screen Takeoff (OST).
- Strong understanding of site development, grading, and utility systems.
- Ability to read and interpret civil and architectural plans.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with local building codes and U.S. construction practices.
- Experience working with GC/Developer estimating teams.
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
