We needsomeone who can not only create stunning visuals but also produce or orchestrate videocontent that brings our platform to life.What You'll DoRaise the Bar (and the Volume)● Build design's influence across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams● Advocate for design in business conversations and push back when the easy answerisn't the right one● Establish Beacon.
li as a visual leader in the enterprise AI spaceCreate and Orchestrate● Develop and maintain our complete visual language system across all mediums -digital, UI, video, print, and emerging platforms● Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including pitch decks, websitepages, product demos, case studies, and sales enablement content● Own the creative direction for brand and thought leadership videos● Ensure brand consistency across every customer touchpointCollaborate and Challenge● Work hand-in-hand with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams● Partner with the Head of Marketing on campaign development and execution● Present design concepts and strategic recommendations to stakeholdersMentor by Doing● Level up junior designers through hands-on work● Lead by example in both creative execution and strategic thinking● Foster a culture of design excellence and continuous learningWhat We're Looking ForExperience & Background● 5-8 years of visual design experience with a portfolio showcasing diverse,high-impact work● Proven track record designing for B2 B/enterprise software or technology companies● Experience leading design projects from concept to delivery● Background in both digital and traditional design mediums, as well as video● Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design systems● Typography, color theory, and composition expertise● Experience with Figma, Sketch, or similar design toolsBonus Points For:● Experience with emerging design technologies, and an understanding of how AI canHelp a brand level up● Background in startup or high-growth environments● Motion graphics and animation skillsAbout CompanyBeacon.li is the enterprise AI orchestration platform that eliminates friction across your business, accelerating onboarding, product workflows, insights, and support—without code, integrations, or backend access.
