About the Role: Growth in Business through: New customers Existing customers - New service Local activation of national accounts Activation of lost customers Responsibilities: Know Your Customer Complete details and understanding of every customer Key decision makers Key finance persons Other service providers used Regular customer surveys Know your consignee – complete contact and statutory details and understanding of consignee type Know Your Competition Complete understanding of services/pricing offered by the competition Complete understanding of load factors managed by the competition in assigned portfolio customers Understanding of Local and National competition SWOT analysis of key competition in your territory/segment Calendar / Meetings Periodic meetings with prospective customers – meet decision makers, finance managers, senior managers and warehouse in charge + other significant personnel of the company Daily follow up with prospective customers as per targeted segments Follow-up on all leads as per funnel Eligibility Criteria: Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing/International Business from prestigious 'B' School Work Experience: 2- 4 years of experience in similar profile.
