About the Role As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will drive revenue, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth.

We are looking for a self-motivated, target-driven professional who thrives in a competitive environment and is passionate about achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:Engage with clients to provide expert real estate consultancy services, specializing in Pune's East and West locations.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a seamless and personalized property-buying experience.

Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales strategies to achieve individual and company targets.

Utilize social media and other platforms for lead generation, branding, and relationship building.

What We're Looking For: Experience: Minimum 2 years in real estate consultancy with a history of successfully closing sales.

Personality: Presentable, extroverted, and adept at collaborating within the team and connecting effectively with clients.

Education: MBA candidates are preferred, but graduates with relevant experience are also welcome.

Essentials: Own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler.

Possess a laptop and smartphone.

Tech-Savvy: Active on social media with the ability to leverage it for branding and lead generation.

Attitude: A go-getter mindset, eager to create opportunities and deliver results consistently.
