To expand our reach and enhance our client experience, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities: Sales Pitch & Client Engagement: Receive and respond to inquiries from potential clients.

Set up meetings (in-person or virtual) with prospective clients to discuss their wedding photography and film requirements.

Deliver compelling sales pitches highlighting the company's portfolio, expertise, and unique value propositions.

Conduct meetings professionally, address client concerns, and present customized solutions.

Follow up consistently and close deals to secure bookings.

Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities by networking with wedding planners, event venues, and high-end clients.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring seamless communication and personalized service.

Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with wedding vendors, planners, and influencers to expand brand visibility and generate referrals.

Marketing & Branding: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, social media strategies, and targeted advertising.

Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging wedding photography styles to position the company as a market leader.

Revenue Growth: Drive sales and revenue targets by creating innovative strategies to attract high-end clientele.

Event Participation: Represent the company at wedding expos, networking events, and bridal shows to build brand awareness.

Key Requirements: Proven experience in business development & luxury sales (preferably in the wedding, photography, or luxury service industry).

Strong sales and negotiation skills , with the ability to confidently & honestly pitch services and close deals.

Experience in handling client inquiries, setting up and conducting meetings, and converting leads into sales.

Excellent presentation skills , with the ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations to clients and partners.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in using presentation tools (Power Point, Google Slides, Canva, etc.).

Passion for weddings, photography, storytelling & an eye for art.

Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
