Lead – Channel Sales ABOUT THE ROLE As the Lead – Channel Sales, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company's revenue through a strong and sustainable partner ecosystem.
This is a strategic leadership position that combines high-level planning with on-ground execution to build a robust channel network of architects, designers, builders, and influencers across key markets.
You will be responsible for designing and executing the channel growth strategy, onboarding and enabling partners, and ensuring consistent performance delivery.
The role demands a deep understanding of the interiors industry, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Business Planning Develop and implement the channel sales strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
Identify and onboard new channel partners (architects, designers, builders, dealers, etc.).
Create go-to-market plans, incentive programs, and partner engagement models.
Channel Development & Execution Establish robust partner networks across cities to expand brand presence.
Ensure partner training and enablement for product understanding and selling.
Lead negotiations, commercial agreements, and compliance with channel partners.
Revenue & Performance Management Drive revenue targets through channel sales and track partner performance KPIs.
Forecast sales, monitor budgets, and optimize channel ROI.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support channel-led campaigns.
Team Leadership & Collaboration Build and lead a high-performing channel sales team with clear performance metrics.
Work cross-functionally with operations, design, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless delivery and service via partners.
Market Intelligence & Reporting Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback through channel partners.
Provide strategic inputs to product and leadership teams based on field intelligence.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 15+ years of experience in channel sales, preferably in interior design, modular kitchens or building materials industries.
Proven track record in strategy creation, channel partner acquisition, and revenue scaling.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
