Our team is growing, and we're looking for a Key Account Manager who can take charge of campaign delivery, team management, and top-tier client servicing.
Your Role As a Key Account Manager, you'll lead end-to-end campaign execution while owning client relationships and ensuring smooth internal coordination.
What You'll Do: Client & Account Management – Build strong relationships, own communications, and proactively address client needs Campaign Delivery – Ensure campaigns are delivered within timelines, budgets, and KPIs Team Leadership – Guide and manage a team of campaign managers and interns Training & Development – Upskill your team and maintain high-quality output Reporting & Feedback – Track performance, generate reports and suggest campaign optimizations What You Bring: Prior experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing (preferably in the beauty/lifestyle/fitness/etc domain) Excellent communication & presentation skills Strong multitasking and team management capabilities Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage client expectations Perks: Work with premium beauty & lifestyle, fitness & more brands A fast-paced, creative work environment Opportunities to grow into a senior leadership role Team outings, workshops, and flexible work culture Interested?
