You will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and engaging work environment while driving innovative HR initiatives to meet business needs.
This position offers the opportunity to lead HR projects, implement policies, and enhance HR programs.
Responsibilities: Provide guidance and counsel to business leaders and employees on company policies, procedures, and workplace issues.
Coach employees and resolve employee relations matters with empathy and professionalism.
Facilitate skip-level meetings to address employee concerns and grievances effectively.
Collaborate with business leaders on various HR processes including but not limited to Performance Management, Talent Management, Capability Development and Succession Planning.
Design, plan, and execute engagement programs to enhance employee morale and team cohesion.
Foster a culture of high performance by providing support and guidance to employees.
Take proactive initiatives to strategize retention, control attrition, and enhance employee satisfaction.
Implement retention programs aligned with organizational culture and values Maintain effective channels of communication to understand employee sentiment and address grievances promptly.
Introduce best practices in HR to drive organizational and employee success.
Requirements: Strong influencing skills with the ability to engage employees and managers at all levels.
Proven experience in handling employee grievances and promoting a positive work culture.
Familiarity with the requirements of the Product Software Industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with a focus on accountability and delivering outcomes.4-5 years of experience in an HR role with at least 1-2 years of experience as an HRBP Understanding of HR functions such as Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Management, etc.
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Humble, collaborative, with high emotional intelligence.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
Good understanding of HR / Data Analytics Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Adaptability with the ability to learn and unlearn to stay relevant in a startup environment.
