Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Product Manager with 2+ years of experience to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to help bring new product features to life while ensuring the success of existing products.

You'll be responsible for contributing to product strategy, collaborating with engineering, design, and other teams, and driving product initiatives that meet both customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Feature Development & Execution Assist in defining and developing new product features from ideation through launch.

Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to translate product requirements into actionable tasks.

Support the product lifecycle by tracking feature progress, managing timelines, and ensuring successful delivery.

Gather user feedback and data to continuously improve features post-launch.2.

Product Strategy & Roadmap Support Contribute to the development of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Help analyze market trends, user feedback, and competitive products to inform feature prioritization.

Assist in making data-driven decisions to improve product performance and drive growth.3.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing to ensure alignment on product initiatives.

Communicate product vision, goals, and updates to stakeholders.

Help manage day-to-day communication and coordination across teams to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.4.

Customer Insights & Feedback Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform new feature development and product improvements.

Engage with customers to understand their pain points, needs, and opportunities for product enhancement.

Use data and customer feedback to refine features and drive customer satisfaction.5.

Product Optimization Assist in monitoring the performance of new features and existing products.

Use data analytics and feedback to optimize product features and enhance the user experience.

Help identify and resolve issues in the product development and launch process.

Qualifications:2+ years of experience in product management or a related role, with exposure to developing new product features.

Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.

Experience in gathering and analyzing user feedback to improve products.

Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).

Exposure to Agile/Scrum processes or other product management methodologies.

Familiarity with user experience design principles.
