Job Description

As a Sr. Product Designer, you will play a key role in the design and development of our products, contributing to both the aesthetic and functional aspects of our offerings. Working closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, you will help bring our vision to life through intuitive and visually appealing designs. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative individual with a passion for design and a desire to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibility:

1. Lead end-to-end design execution — from concept development and user flows to final delivery of high-quality product features.
2. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align on goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
3. Develop scalable and reusable design systems, ensuring consistency in interaction and visual patterns across platforms and products.
4. Demonstrate creative problem-solving by thinking beyond conventional solutions and crafting visually appealing, user-centric experiences.
5. Design with a strategic mindset, balancing business objectives with user needs to deliver impactful product solutions.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends in design, gaming, and technology to continuously evolve and elevate design quality.
7. Maintain a strong attention to detail and exhibit a proactive learning attitude in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualification & Skills:

1. 4+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills and achievements
2. Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Principle, Framer or Protopie.
3. Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user-centered design methodologies.
4. Strong visual design skills, with a keen eye for layout, color, typography, and consistency across design systems.
5. Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
6. Exposure to AI-powered design tools and workflows, with a willingness to continuously explore and adopt emerging AI trends in product design.
7. Exposure to agile working environments and methodologies working autonomously.
8. Bonus Skill: Knowledge of motion graphics and tools like After Effects or Lottie to enhance UI interactions and bring designs to life.
