We serve industries like automotive, industrial,consumer electronics, and medical.Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive with a strongbackground in EMS/electronics manufacturing.
The ideal candidate will be responsible forgenerating leads, building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, andsupporting brand growth—both in domestic and international markets.Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute B2 B marketing strategies to attract OEMs/ODMs in India andabroad.
• Generate and qualify leads through online/offline channels, industry expos, andprofessional networks.
• Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.
• Coordinate and manage participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industryevents.
• Maintain CRM systems and track lead conversion performance.
• Work closely with the sales and technical teams to prepare RFQ responses,proposals, and client presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Drive digital presence via and other B2 B platforms with marketing contentand campaigns.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Marketing, Business Administration, or relatedfield.
• Minimum 2–3 years of marketing/sales experience in the EMS or electronicsmanufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of EMS processes, PCBA, wiring harness, and box-buildservices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using , CRM tools, and digital marketing strategies.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade shows.Preferred Attributes
• Existing network of contacts in OEM/ODM industries (Automotive, Industrial,Consumer Electronics, etc.)
• Experience working with international clients.
